Daneal Barnaby

Attorney Daneal Barnaby, was born and raised on the island of Jamaica, and is an immigrant herself. Having navigated many US immigration processes on a personal level, Ms. Barnaby brings a wealth of experience both personal and professional to her Immigration practice and understands the complexities of US immigration including navigating family and employment immigration.

Attorney Barnaby also represents clients in removal proceedings and USCIS interviews. Attorney Barnaby started her legal career in Western New York spending years as a legal assistance attorney representing indigent clients in Family and matrimonial matters, Insurance representation and Immigration. She has represented clients in Adjustment of Status matters, Fiance Visas, Removal proceedings, Naturalization, specialty visas and more.
